As a Health and Wellness Coach, I am available to support you to take control of your brain health. The greatest risk for Alzheimer's disease is age. The best prevention for Alzheimer's disease is a healthy, active lifestyle. Research clearly shows that the lifestyle choices you make to look after your body will also protect your mind. Physical exercise, combined with a nutritious diet, mental and social stimulation, sleep and stress reduction will all go a long way to keeping your brain healthy.

You know what it's like when your brain isn't working properly. It's a struggle to remember things; you have trouble concentrating and you feel like you just aren't fully present.
It can be an incredibly frustrating feeling.
